RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Regarding product returns and exchanges, the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection will apply and these regulations will be taken as the basis.

Products that cannot be returned?
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings, custom-designed products, products made to non-standard measurements, and damaged products that have lost their resale value.

What is the return period?
Generally, you can return products other than those that cannot be returned, within fifteen (15) days from the delivery date, without damaging or using them and without compromising their resale value, in all packaging and bags as they were received.

What are the return conditions?
You can find the items that must be included with the products you send for return below. If any of these are missing, the product return will not be accepted.

All copies of the product invoice you received. If it was received with an e-archive invoice, a printout of the e-archive invoice.

Products must be returned within 15 days, complete and undamaged, including the box, gifts, and packaging.

Alin Atelier inspects returned products and accepts returns only after confirming they are undamaged, unused, and complete. Returns will not be accepted if the product is used or missing its packaging.

The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank. Refunds to credit cards are usually processed within 1-3 weeks, while refunds to bank transfers are processed within 1 week.

How do I return the product?
Before sending the product back, you must notify us of your return request with your order number, name, and surname. You can reach us at alinatelier.com or via our Instagram account @alinatelierr. We will contact you as soon as possible and provide you with a return shipping code. You can then send the product back to us using this code. The buyer is responsible for both directions of return shipping costs. When refunding a product, the shipping fee and any gift wrapping fee (35 TL) will be deducted. The cost of shipments made with other shipping companies is the responsibility of the sender. Cash-on-delivery shipments will not be accepted. If the products are returned to our company in accordance with the return conditions, the refund will be processed on the day the product reaches us.

How can I exchange products?
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged. Products to be exchanged must be delivered undamaged, with their box and packaging. To exchange products, you can contact us via alinatelier.com or our Instagram account @alinatelierr, specifying your order number, name and surname. You can send the product to us using the shipping code provided. The return shipping cost for exchanges is paid by the buyer. Depending on the request, the shipping cost can be paid via bank transfer to the account specified below or deducted from the product price.
